Enrolment Package
If you are enrolling from one of our Feeder Catholic Primary Schools please include the
following documents with your application.
• Birth Certificate
• Current Immunisation Record
• Evidence of Residential Address (eg Council Rates)
• A copy of Passport and Visa (if applicable)
• Copy of Year 5 NAPLAN results
If you are enrolling from any another school the following documents need to be included
with your application.
• Covering letter — Please include reasons for seeking enrolment for your child at St Paul’s
Catholic College
• Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate
• Current Immunisation Record
• Evidence of Residential Address (eg Council Rates)
• A copy of Passport and Visa (if applicable)
• Copy of Family Court Orders (if applicable)
• Copies of two most recent reports
• Copy of most recent NAPLAN results
